Please read all the terms below carefully before using this platform — they form a legal agreement between you and gn444.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of all services on the gn444 platform ("Platform"). By registering with gn444 or using its services, you agree to be fully bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with the Terms, please refrain from using the Platform.
General Provisions

Eligibility & Account Registration
2.1 Age Requirement
To open an account and use any services on gn444, you must be 21 years of age or older. Use of this platform by minors is strictly prohibited. By registering, you declare that you are over 21 years of age. gn444 reserves the right to request valid proof of identity for age verification at any time.
2.2 Accuracy of Information
You must provide complete, truthful, accurate, and up-to-date information at the time of registration. Providing false information will result in immediate account closure and the balance may be forfeited. If any personal details change, please notify our support team promptly.
2.3 One Person — One Account
Each person may open only one account. Opening multiple accounts in the same person's name is prohibited. Different members of the same household may open separate accounts, however operating multiple accounts from the same device or IP address may require additional verification.
Important: If a duplicate account is detected, gn444 reserves the right to permanently close all associated accounts and cancel any bonuses received.
Account Security
Your account login credentials (username and password) are strictly confidential and for your personal use only. This information must not be shared with anyone else. You are fully responsible for maintaining the security of your own account.
If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately. Using another person's account, or allowing someone else to use your account, is strictly prohibited.

Deposits & Withdrawals
4.1 Deposit Terms
The minimum deposit amount at gn444 is ৳300. Accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other scheduled banks). Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used.
4.2 Withdrawal Terms
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests generally take between 30 minutes and 3 hours to process. Identity verification may be required before a withdrawal request is completed. Failure to submit the required documents promptly may delay processing.
4.3 General Rules
- It is recommended to use the same payment method for both deposits and withdrawals.
- If a suspicious transaction is detected, gn444 may temporarily suspend the account for investigation purposes.
- To prevent money laundering, gn444 complies with applicable laws and regulations and is obligated to report suspicious activities.
- In cases of fraudulent activity, gn444 reserves the right to hold funds and close the account.
Bonuses & Promotions
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳2,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳3,000. Depositing ৳10,000 will earn the maximum bonus of ৳8,000, giving a total balance of ৳18,000.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
A specified amount must be wagered before a bonus can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements apply to the bonus amount only — not to the deposit amount. The current wagering requirement is 15x. Example: receiving a ৳2,000 bonus means ৳2,000 × 15 = ৳30,000 must be wagered before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.
The validity period of bonuses, eligible games, and other detailed conditions will be stated in each promotion's description. If you have any questions about a specific bonus, please contact the support team.
5.3 Bonus Abuse
If gn444 detects bonus abuse or fraudulent activity, it reserves the full right to cancel the relevant bonus and any winnings derived from it. The following activities will be considered bonus abuse:
- Claiming the same bonus more than once through multiple accounts.
- Placing low-risk bets solely to take advantage of bonus benefits (arbitrage).
- Coordinating with family members or other users on the same network to meet promotion requirements.
Betting Rules
gn444 offers sports betting, live casino, slots, fishing games, and other gaming services. Specific rules may apply to each service.
- Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled.
- gn444 reserves the right to void any game or betting session that occurred due to a technical error.
- If there is a clear error in the result of a match or event, the settlement of the related bet will be corrected.
- gn444 is not responsible for losses caused by technical errors or disconnections in any game.
- Decisions regarding markets and odds in sports betting are at gn444's sole discretion.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure:
- Opening an account with a fake or false identity.
- Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to the platform's software or systems.
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to play games.
- Attempting to defraud the platform in collusion with other members.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
- Exploiting technical errors or software bugs on the platform to gain an unfair advantage.
- Harassing other members or engaging in inappropriate behavior.
If evidence of such activities is found, gn444 reserves the right to close the relevant account, forfeit funds, and take legal action if necessary.

11.1 gn444's Authority
gn444 may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account without notice in any of the following circumstances:
- Violation of any clause of these Terms.
- Suspicion of fraudulent or illegal activity.
- Failure to verify identity.
- A court order or request from a government authority.
11.2 Closure at Your Own Request
If you wish to close your account yourself, please contact the support team. If any applicable withdrawal conditions have been met before the account is closed, the remaining balance may be withdrawn.
